At Marketality, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only available for services that have not been completed or fulfilled as per the agreement.
Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the service delivery date.
Refund requests due to dissatisfaction must be supported with valid reasons and relevant documentation.

Non-Refundable Services

Any services that have been fully completed and delivered are non-refundable.
Custom or personalized services and products are also non-refundable once delivery has been made.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your request, we will evaluate it and notify you of the approval or denial within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exceptions Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Marketality.
In case of technical issues or errors caused by us, refunds or service reapplications will be provided.
